I got up this morning, thoughts were racing through my brain at 125 mph over my paper, I had some last minute additions and revisions to do on it. That went fairly quickly. I added the last 4 pages of text and had hubby [read: English Lit Major] proofread my bibliography and correct it. I printed out my paper and went and delivered it to the Theology Department office. I was not going to sit on it – like a 4th step, you write it and then you get rid of it, on 5,6 and 7…It was just bad juju and it was making me crazy, so I got it finished and got it out of the house…
YOU can read my paper too… It’s over on the PAGES sidebar [The Unity of Luke-Acts]
From school I set off on a Christmas shopping adventure. In one fell swoop I was on a mad dash to find everything I needed to buy for hubby and a gift for my friend Louise. The good thing that happens here is that if I buy something for him, I am essentially buying it for me too since we both wear the same size clothing. I went by the Hallmark store and bought a couple of Willow Tree pieces, which is a tradition here at home. I bought one for hubby and one for Louise.
I got some lunch and headed into the Eaton Centre for some more shopping and that was that.
I bought lots of bows and stickers and lots of kool wrapping paper came home and wrapped all the presents and now they are all sitting beneath the tree. I still need to get the stocking stuff yet. I went by one store to see what they had this year, I didn’t see anything I really liked so I will need to go look elsewhere.
Now I have 2 final exams to write that aren’t due until the 15th. So I have time to do some reading and write the exams.
So that was my day in a nutshell…
