Hello babies. How was your day today? It is Canada Day still, and everything is closed and the night is clear and I expect that somewhere in our viewing area, that there will be fireworks somewhere in the city tonight. We watched some of the festivities from Parliament Hill this afternoon which was fun. It was a beautiful day to have a party for Canada. Happy Birthday Canada…

It was a nice day today, breezy and mild, we had sun all day today which was nice. There was no class today so I got to go to my home group meeting and set up and hit the meeting with my fellows. It was a great meeting. Do what you have to do to stay sober today…I have my meetings for the week on my schedule, because I build my life around my meetings. There is always time for a meeting. I say my prayers and I work with others. My kids keep me pretty busy and on my toes, which is why I hit at least 3 to 4 meetings a week besides school. Studying Theology and Religion at school keeps me pretty mindful of my higher power.

I still have a bit of a limp in my step because of my foot so it was slow going today walking to and from the meeting. But I think my foot is getting better. I see the doc on Thursday so we shall see what he has to say about it. Stay tuned…

So that’s about it from Montreal. I don’t have much else to say right now.
